It is the end of the line. I will be leaving my day job on June 15th this year. As much as the thrill of letting go of all of that appeals to me – I am sitting in a big pile of panic. I had not expected this.

A nice vignette about a big scheduling change ; but clearly a secondary , if not tertiary , priority for you. You may miss the routine and a steady paycheck is always reassuring ; but I have little doubt your psychic income will increase .
Tulis, glad to hear you reconnected with ‘trusting’ again. It helps, with big changes, to have trust that things will work out for you–and maybe something wonderful will develop! Keep your eye on that ball!
Like the way, I trusted that there would be electricity in my apartment when I moved into 81 Perry St. and you came across the hall with an extension cord.
Tulis – Congrats on reaching this auspicious and challenging life juncture. As always, you wonderfully articulate the dynamic cross currents which this rite of passage triggers. Yet, if there’s anyone who I believe in to navigate it well, it’s you. I salute your creativity, courage, vulnerability and humor. “Sail on silver bird…” With love, Allen
Oh my God, dear Tulis! You have called it like it is, dear friend. Challenges are forthcoming and I know
you will rise to meet the next exciting chapter of your life with imagination and strength. Let’s be ladies
who lunch soon. Missing you.

How wonderful to hear from you. You write like your father, did you know that?
